Third Way Social Authoritarianism 

Third Way Perspective

A social authoritarian Third Way economic ideology, which in itself is a fusion of Neoliberalism and social liberalism/Social Democrat economic policies. 

Authoritarian regimes which embrace the Third Way tend to implement deregulation, privatization with private-public partnerships as a way to have the workers to own the fruits of their labor, and anti-poverty measures. Two instances of this are Eduard Shevardnadze in Georgia and Thaksin Shinawatra in Thailand. It can be seen as a more pro-welfare version of State Liberalism (i.e NON Succdem)
